Ajusta a etapa prune-packages de release.yml para manter estritamente 3 versoes no GHCR (latest + 2 anteriores), adiciona Dockerfile e pyproject.toml aos triggers de build e promove sso.py para a tupla de modulos IDENTICOS em test_irmaos_identicos.py.
