The PR moves check_harness_server_cleanup.sh from the PR path to guards-nightly (LAB) as containment for the #5873 stub race. The race's root cause is still open: thread fan-out was measured and disproved on 2026-10-21 between 16:36 and 16:37Z. The quorum is 3/3 PASS @d161119d41. Seats: triage-worker and aprender-w5032. Under the operator's 16:28Z one-time ruling, this PR shares one merge-queue run with #5871 and #5869, in place of #5874. #5874 must not be enqueued. |
