New test: two_nested_nodes_in_one_shape_get_distinct_ids. The rr2 planted control (which relied on the collision) now asserts the names are distinct. cargo test -p aprender-contracts --lib ontology: 434 passed. Read the full diff: #5479 auth fails closed (malformed APR_API_KEY_HASH => Err at start / deny_all in from_env, plaintext never papers over a bad hash; tests cover it); #5503 RoPE base now set from model config at 3 call sites, refactor matches the old loops, closed-form tests; #5500 unparseable HF front matter is now an error; #5501 shapes/ttl type changes are mechanical. No unwrap/unsafe/allow added. Not judged: CI results (shards still running).
