Description
Scope
Ontology build-out (ONT-4, ONT-5, ONT-9): extractors, focus nodes and typed entities that are not yet covered.
Why it matters
The ontology answers what exists and what is verified. Gaps here are questions it cannot answer yet.
Done when
Each row below lands its extractor or entity with a test, or is closed as no longer needed.
Parent epic: #3269.

Each row was a separate ticket, folded here under the 100-open-ticket cap (TRIAGE-100, 2026-10-14) and closed as not planned. Reopen a row's ticket when its work starts; an open PR for it reopens it.

Merged into #5308 (TRIAGE-100, 2026-10-14): same epic and the same question (does pv/the ontology claim more than it checks), so this master's scope, every checklist row and its open sub-issues (#3856, #4465) now live on #5308, and this ticket is closed as not planned. Reopen it if the theme splits again.
