aprender-viz: draw titles and axis labels, ship runnable Facet/Coord examples #5334

Scope: aprender-viz plotting API: GGPlot title/xlab/ylab are accepted and dropped, and Facet/Coord have no runnable example.

Why it matters: An API that accepts a label and drops it lies to the caller; examples are how the API is checked.

Done when: Rendered plots contain the given title and axis labels (pixel or SVG test), and a Facet/Coord example runs in CI.
