Release receipts: every verb receipted, version-exact receipt keys, a working install.sh #5332
Scope: What a release ships as evidence: a receipt (or a named refusal) for each registered apr verb, receipt keys that tell rc.1 from rc.2 from final, and the install.sh that the release page promises.
Why it matters: A release whose receipts collide across rc builds, or whose install link 404s, cannot be checked by a user.
Done when: Each registered apr verb has a receipt or a named refusal on the release sha, receipt keys include the full version and sha, and releases/latest/download/install.sh installs that release.
Epic: #3994. Folded under triage rule 7b (2026-10-14): each row below was its own issue, closed as not planned and kept here as a sub-ticket. Reopen an issue when its work starts or its PR opens.
accept: Acceptance for (1):curl -fsS https://github.com/paiml/aprender/releases/latest/download/install.sh | head -1 succeeds, then `install.sh --version v0.69.0
