Scope

Clippy findings and complexity ratchets moved off the PR path to nightly LAB runs, plus the debt they report.

Why it matters

These checks cannot block a merge, so they run at night. The debt they find still has to come down.

Done when

The nightly lint and complexity runs are green on main, or each remaining red has a row here with an owner.
