Derived inventories: CI target lists, registries and model cells generated, not hand-written #5330

Scope

Lists that are typed by hand today and drift: CI test-target lists, command and crate registries, and model-cell inventories. Each should be derived from the source of truth.

Why it matters

Hand-written inventories drift silently. A test target missing from the CI list never runs.

Each inventory below is generated, or checked against its source by a test that fails on drift.
