Re-scoped by cop (a7 ask): the rehearsal/dogfood lane is R6 #4672 (aprender-78, built). This ticket = readiness, milestone, preflight. preflight moved out of #4720, readiness/milestone out of #4721.

readiness-nightly.yml (job readiness) and release-gates-nightly.yml (jobs milestone, preflight) are on main; scripts/release/nightly_train.sh registers readiness, milestone and preflight against them.
