simular: serve command for web GET endpoints (post-0.70; 3 ONT-10 S13 rows marked 'unserved: GET') #4553
From aprender-60 (ONT-10 S13 ruling applied on batch/ont-10 d2e51b9): 3 rows were marked 'unserved: GET …' (an existing unjoinable kind; 0 orphans; FALSIFY-006 guards). This ticket adds the simular web serve command so those rows become served. Post-0.70.
Folded into #5308 as a checklist row (TRIAGE-100, 2026-10-14): the open-ticket cap is 100, so this ticket is now tracked on that master and closed as not planned. Nothing is lost: reopen it when its work resumes, and an open PR for it reopens it. Pushed branch: feat/simular-serve-4553.
