rex pool-admitbackfill.- FALSIFY-TAS-009: an AWS key and 20 canaries are quarantined byte-identical.
- 29 tests pass, 0 fail; clippy 0.
The PR is opened in the post-rc.1 drain (PR cap). The PR must close this issue.

merged into #5317 (master ticket for epic #4381; triage rule 7b, 2026-10-14). It is a checklist row there; reopen this issue when work on it starts or its PR opens.

Moved: this sub-ticket is now a row in #5345 (PRM review-replay: benchmark, trace tagging and rex pool admission). The earlier comment said it merged into #5317, but that master never listed it.
