213 restored binding.yaml rows name symbols that do not resolve (bindings-gate ghosts, #4369 follow-up) #4379
Description
#4369 restores the 8 producer binding.yaml registries (trueno, trueno-db, batuta, presentar, trueno-rag, realizar, entrenar, simular), which had been deleted while their build.rs read a sibling repo that no longer exists. Now that they are in the corpus, the ONT-3a bindings gate (PV-ONT-028) sees 213 implemented/partial rows whose function: does not resolve:

The typical causes are pre-monorepo paths (batuta::src::…, presentar::crates::presentar-terminal::src::…), bare names (realizar::matmul, trueno::relu), and include!-split files named as modules.
#4369 allowlists them in contracts/binding-allowlist.json against this ticket, one entry each with the gate's own reason. The allowlist is shrink-only (PV-ONT-029), so every row fixed here must also drop its entry.
Done when each row either names a symbol that resolves or is downgraded to pending/not_implemented, and the allowlist is back to the entries that existed before #4369.

Folded into #5308 as a checklist row (TRIAGE-100, 2026-10-14): the open-ticket cap is 100, so this ticket is now tracked on that master and closed as not planned. Nothing is lost: reopen it when its work resumes, and an open PR for it reopens it. Pushed branch:
