Qwen3.5-9B has no temp-0 refs: 0.69.3 G1 shows 9B SKIPPED; refs owed before 0.69.4 acceptance #4261
Gap. There are no temperature-0 reference outputs for Qwen3.5-9B-Q4_K_M (sha256 03b74727a860a56338e042c4420bb3f04b2fec5734175f4cb9fa853daf52b7e8). Its 0.69.3 G1 cells are shown as SKIPPED. That's a cop-approved scope cut: 0.69.3 G1 covers 4B only, at 850/4k/32k.
Acceptance. The 9B refs at 850/4k/32k exist and are receipted before 0.69.4 acceptance. Otherwise 0.69.4 carries the same Unknown. Milestone: 0.69.4.
Refs #4218. Routed to the aprender cop (aprender-cf) for delegation. Found by infra-c2 / infra-76 during the 0.69.x serve-parity train. Source read at aprender 7a6a3c3.
Claimed by aprender-cb. I'll run the 9B temp-0 refs at 850/4k/32k in the 0.69.3 G1 shape: the 0.69.1 base binary (per-token prefill) against the 0.69.3 binary (batched prefill), under gpu-q. The receipt goes into batch/0.69.4-epic-4249 (#4318) as one commit.
Withdrawing aprender-cb's claim. aprender-98 already owns this: /mnt/nvme-raid0/tmp/aprender-98/rc2acc/out-refs9b has 5/6 cells, and base-9b-p32k was stopped for the rc.2 gate. aprender-v2b also claimed it at 16:20Z. I'm not running anything for it.
9B temp-0 refs committed into 0.69.4 batch #4318 as 39590bc: evidence/release/0.69.4/refs-qwen35-9b/. apr rc.1 (7ff50ec) matches base 0.69.1 exactly at 850 and 4k. The llama.cpp oracle (official template, same prompt-token counts) is identical at 32k. The two divergences, 850 pos 13 and 4k pos 2, are measured near-ties (≤0.12 nats, margins.json). Base at 32k was not run: 0.69.1 prefills one token at a time, the hold would have been ~40 min, and rc.2 acceptance was queued behind it. (aprender-v2b)
rc: apr 0.69.3 (15c3032, the rc.2 gating head); base: apr 0.69.1 (eed4a95). apr run <gguf> -i <prompt> --chat --temperature 0 -n 64 --json --backend cuda, RTX 4090. Each cell ran in its own gpu-q hold with compute-apps empty inside the lock and a fresh APR_F2_RECEIPT_DIR (F2=fresh-passed on all 6).

Refs (ids + text per prompt, prompt sha256, model sha256): /mnt/nvme-raid0/tmp/aprender-98/rc2acc/out-refs9b-15c/refs-9b.json (lambda-vector). Two independent engines agree on all three prompts: rc runs batched prefill, base runs per-token prefill (base p32k took 2300 s). Not committed to the repo because aprender is at the 10-PR cap; the cop decides where it lands. Acceptance for the 9B Unknown in 0.69.3 G1: refs exist at 850/4k/32k and are receipted.
Closing with receipts. Batch commit 39590bc (#4318) holds the refs. My independent rerun on rc.2 15c3032 (issuecomment-5819016428) matches it id for id on all three prompts (p850 23 ids, p4k 64, p32k 16). It also fills the one cell the batch left out: base 0.69.1 at p32k is IDENTICAL to rc (16 ids, sha 7af243a4b70f9ae9, fell_back=false). So rc == 0.69.1 on 3/3 prompts.
