Facet/Coord have no runnable example — EV-15/EV-16 have nothing to build against #3552
Description
Measured by the downstream consumer lane (apex-c8), 2026-09-20.
Facet and Coord exist in 0.68.2 (grammar/facet.rs::panels, grammar/coord.rs::apply are in the published bytes), but there is no runnable example showing the wiring. APEX-001 v3 previously recorded that Facet/Coord were declared and never consulted by the renderer; the functions landed, the demonstration did not.
The next two downstream milestones have nothing to build against: EV-15 (SVG byte-identical across architectures, features text-path + raster) and EV-16 (unbranded export).
Acceptance: one program under examples/ that goes study data → panels → Coord::apply → SVG, compiling against the published crate only (not the workspace), wired into CI so it cannot rot.
An example that compiles against the workspace but not against the published crate would miss exactly the class of defect 0.68.1 shipped (its .crate had no src/breaks.rs at all — see #3549's neighbourhood).
