Tracked 0.68.1 ladder receipts predate #3507/#3511 — no sha256 rows and only four rungs; ONT-4c1's ladder-measured shape needs a measured witness for every rung on main #3524

evidence/dogfood/models/0.68.1/{lambda,gx10}.json on main were produced at 9275872 (four rungs, no per-rung sha256). Since #3507 (receipt rows carry the measured sha256) and #3511 (four dense Qwen3.5 rungs) the ladder has eight rungs, and ONT-4c1's ladder-measured shape (#3508) fails a rung with zero measured witnesses the day it is armed. Fix: re-run scripts/model_ladder.sh on both hosts at a main that has both (a6f54e8) and commit the receipts as they are — RED by construction on the Qwen3.5 rungs until #3517 and the dense-sizes PR land; the T-2 judge is not a PR check.
