The report now lists each "Waiting on upstream" thread grouped by repository, with its relation and last upstream update, instead of a count. New next actions: fork and fix, or draft a friendly prod.

upstream-statusskill now lists every "Waiting on upstream" thread, grouped by repository (largest first), instead of giving only a count. Each line shows the thread, title, our relation (filed, commented or referenced) and the last upstream update, with the caveat that the date can include our own or bot comments..claude/skills/and.agents/skills/) are updated identically. The skill stays repo-only and is not part of the npm package.Test plan
