Independent lane of the approved remediation program, targeting
develop. Implementation, independent review, hosted trace capture and documentation handoff are complete; final PR CI remains before merge. No release or global user installation is requested.Verification

Native run 36567908852 captured Transformers 3.8.1 and ONNX Runtime 1.21.0 under Ruflo's nested CLI package after the kit healing step. The learning command emitted the dtype/mutex failure and its outer exit was 1; artifact preservation succeeded. This does not establish the origin of those dependencies or causality. The separate clean-setup embedding probe and external-link job failed, so the overall nightly run is not a health pass.
The portable file-URL fixture correction passed all 13 PR CI jobs in run 36569976640. The hook/workflow bytes are unchanged from the captured native run. Final archive commit
