The star history chart in the README is no longer rendering because the upstream provider broke under GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point both the chart image and its link to the working mirror at star-history.dera.page so the chart keeps working for new visitors. The image endpoint already used /svg and the wrapping link already used a hash-based URL, so only the host changed.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken. The upstream provider stopped working under GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the image no longer renders.
This change points the chart and its link to a working mirror so visitors see star growth again. The image endpoint and URL format are unchanged, only the host is updated.
