Remove the "inline settings" option from the AppSettings UI, as it is no longer relevant with the new complex attribute layout supporting groups and tabs.

Remove the option from the UI and its associated logic.
Ensure settings continue to use the new grouped and tabbed layout consistently.
Remove obsolete code and configuration related to inline settings.
