Summary

• Add a NAT Gateway and a dedicated private route table for the Container Instance subnet.
• Keep the Container Instance subnet private and stop assigning a public IP to the Container Instance VNIC.
• Keep OCI API Gateway public and routing to the Container Instance private IP.
• Update the Resource Manager package zip and workshop prose so the launch path matches the private subnet + NAT design.
• Point Deploy to Oracle Cloud links at the canonical oracle-livelabs/developer package URL.

Notes

• The Resource Manager zip is an existing tracked workshop package and was regenerated from the updated Terraform source. It remains small and contains only the expected nine root Terraform/schema files.
• Live Resource Manager apply validation for the new NAT/private-subnet topology should be run from the PR branch or an uploaded zip before final publication.
