…ce Viewer V2. - Introduce `<kernel-minimap>` above the timeline canvas in Static Kernel Viewer (via `[canvasTopBar]` content projection) and behind the `enable_minimap` feature flag in `TraceViewerContainer`, rendering downsampled activity across functional unit or trace lanes, a region/marker strip (`Kernel Control Flow`, `JAX Source Code`, `Steps`, `XLA Modules`, `Framework Name Scope`), and an interactive viewport lens. - Support both unitless bundle axes and microsecond time axes (`ps`, `ns`, `us`, `ms`, `s`), Trace Viewer V2 slice colors and dark/light canvas themes (`MinimapTheme`), click-to-pan, viewport lens drag, left/right resize handles, double-click/button reset, and hover inspection. - Add unit and Scuba golden screenshot tests (`kernel_minimap_test.ts`, `static_kernel_viewer_test.ts`, and `trace_viewer_container_test.ts`) for zoomed, dark-theme, time-axis, and feature-flagged states.
