…ewer. - Introduce `<kernel-selection-panel>`, a bottom details drawer for selected instruction bundles, control-flow regions, counter points, and multi-event box selections in Static Kernel Viewer with copyable event names, timeline search/highlight actions, previous/next event history navigation, schedule position progress bar, co-scheduled bundle event lists, instruction dataflow/memory/register-pressure badges, and region child/instruction breakdown cards. - Add a `[drawerOverlay]` slot and `customDrawerOpen` input to `TraceViewerContainer` so host tools can render a custom details drawer in the bottom split area. - Add unit and Scuba golden screenshot tests (`kernel_selection_panel_test.ts` and `static_kernel_viewer_test.ts`) covering instruction selection, region selection, history navigation, and dark theme.
