UI: Migrate all attribute pickers of the Manager UI to Vaadin counterpart #3414

Description

As part of #2552, we'd like to replace all Material attribute picker menus with the Vaadin Design System.
It's a larger piece of work compared to the dialogs and menus migration in #3265, as the AttributePicker class inherits on the OrMwcDialog class directly. Therefore, we need to be more careful, and add more test coverage.
We'd be using the Vaadin Dialog component using <or-vaadin-dialog> like everywhere else.
