…ed session work Bring the Unreleased 0.2.4 surface onto the release branch: macOS Network Extension hold-and-drop, boot NIC lock and host hardening, the .pkg installer and uninstaller, prompt-free helper TUN, reopen-through-Tor, clearnet alerts, CLI protected start, proxy fail-closed verification, the oniongate rename and data-dir migration, and the Windows CREATE_NO_WINDOW console fix.
Document the pkg installer, boot lock, connection filter, CLI start parity, hardening controls, and the openhat-security project metadata.
…ecurity Point templates and docs/release Actions at the current org and packaging paths used by the 0.2.4 cut.
Move the Unreleased notes into the dated 0.2.4 section, sync package-lock and the generated docs changelog trail, and leave Unreleased empty for the next cut.
