Support exact decimal type

Many real world use cases for Graph Database management systems need support for exact decimal numbers of arbitrary magnitude. The inexact representation of floating point numbers leads to rounding that is not acceptable in these situations. Applications that deal with currency is a prime example of where exact decimal numbers is needed and floating point numbers are a bad solution.

Related to this is specifying support for integers of arbitrary magnitude, as well as defining how the various numbers interact, in particular how numbers interact with machine-sized integers.
