Summary
Adds oehrpy, a Python SDK for openEHR, to the tooling guide, and introduces a new Libraries & SDKs section for it, as discussed on Discourse.
Changes
mkdocs.yml: newLibraries & SDKsnav entry under Tooling, after Developer Tooling.docs/tooling/libraries-and-sdks.md(new): short section intro plus the oehrpy entry (status, licence, PyPI, source, docs, what it is, who should use it).docs/tooling/comparison-table.md: oehrpy row added.Only oehrpy is placed in the new section for now. Other entries that may fit better there (e.g. openEHR SDK, Archie) are left for the maintainer review pass offered in the Discourse thread.
