Change the board deposit (50 CNY) payment method: instead of Feishu transfer, participants join the official group and transfer via WeChat to 《openvela大赛运营组_开发板_张晓伟》 (WeChat ID shared in the group announcement, kept out of the public doc to avoid exposing a personal phone number).
