Dealy of 100 seconds in displaying video at the caller end.

It takes exactly 100 seconds for the remote video to appear at the caller end. The callee gets the remote video immediately. I am using sipjs-0.20.0.js

I am using turn server for relaying the media and Asterisk-18. I am using microsoft edge browser.

Facing the same issue as in #111
