Summary

Implemented a sparkle cursor effect on the Test Blog Page.
This enhances visual appeal and maintains consistency with other interactive pages.

Changes Made

• Added sparkleCursor.js for cursor trail effect
• Styled sparkles with green accent color in blog.css
• Integrated script into blog.html

Testing & Verification

1. Local Test Command: npm run dev
2. Browsers Checked: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
3. Performance Check: Verified no lag on cursor movement
