• Closes [ENHANCEMENT] Add Back to Home option on Sitemap Page #1805

Rationale for this change

The Sitemap page currently lacks a quick navigation option, making it less user‑friendly compared to other pages. Adding a "Back to Home" button improves usability and design consistency by allowing users to easily return to the homepage.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added a small green oval "Back to Home" button on the left side of the Sitemap page.
• Styled the button to match the project’s theme with hover states that remain visible.
• Ensured responsive alignment so the button looks consistent across devices.

Are these changes tested?

Yes, tested locally by:

• Verifying the button appears correctly on the Sitemap page.
• Confirming the button navigates back to the homepage.
• Checking hover states and responsiveness on desktop and mobile.

Are there any user-facing changes?

Yes, users will now see a "Back to Home" button on the Sitemap page, providing quick navigation back to the homepage and improving overall UX.
