Rationale for this change
The Contact page previously used the default cursor, which felt static and less interactive compared to the modern UI styling used across the platform. Adding a sparkle cursor effect enhances user engagement, improves the visual experience, and creates a more polished and welcoming feel while matching the dark green theme of the Contact section.
