Adding a sparkle cursor effect enhances user engagement, improves the visual experience, and creates a more polished and welcoming feel while matching the dark green theme of the Contact section.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added a sparkle cursor trail effect to the Contact page
• Implemented smooth sparkle fade animations using CSS and JavaScript
• Used neon green glow effects aligned with the existing Contact page theme
• Added randomized sparkle sizes and positions for a more natural interaction
• Optimized the effect for smoother performance and reduced DOM load
