Rationale for this change

The Careers page previously used the default cursor, which felt static and less engaging compared to the modern interactive design used across the platform. Adding a sparkle cursor effect improves visual appeal, enhances user interaction, and creates a more polished experience while staying aligned with the dark theme and green accent styling of the page.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added a sparkle cursor trail effect to the Careers page
• Implemented smooth fade-out sparkle animations using CSS and JavaScript
• Used green neon glow colors matching the existing Careers page theme
• Added randomized sparkle positioning and sizing for a more natural effect
• Optimized performance using throttling to reduce excessive DOM updates
• Disabled the effect on smaller mobile devices for better responsiveness
