Rationale for this change

The Circular Hub page was not responsive, causing layout breakage and poor readability on tablets and mobile devices. This PR introduces responsive design improvements to ensure accessibility and usability across all screen sizes.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added media queries for ≤1024px and ≤600px breakpoints
• Sidebar stacks below the main panel on smaller screens
• Trade builder columns stack vertically on mobile
• Adjusted font sizes, paddings, and button styles for readability
• Improved balance meter sizing for mobile
• Ensured dark theme consistency across devices
