• pnpm-workspace.yaml repairs: the packageExtensions dependency key had been corrupted by the mechanical version substitution ('@deepseek-ai/dsh-util-code-language || 0.2.0-rc.1' → restored to the bare package name '@deepseek-ai/dsh-util-code-language'; the block stays — upstream dsh-client-ui-primitives@0.2.0-rc.1 still does not declare the dependency), and the truncated minimumReleaseAgeExclude tail entry '@0.2.0-rc.1' → the full '@deepseek-ai/dsh-util-code-language@0.1.7-rc.2 || 0.2.0-rc.1' selector. Lockfile packageExtensionsChecksum refreshed and proven with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile (the exact CI check).
• .changes/unreleased/upgrade-dsh-0-2-0-rc-1-peers.md rewritten to English-only bullets (CN blocks would have rendered verbatim into CHANGELOG.md, per AGENTS.md).
