将批注插件 1.4.10 的 CI 和发布包验收更新到 DSH 0.1.5-rc.2，同时保留 0.1.2-rc.1 支持下限检查。沿用现有浏览器接口及批注交互实现，发布前验证选区、保存和刷新恢复。
本地类型检查、19 项测试、实际 tarball 内容校验通过。独立 Chromium 检查已验证编辑窗口拖动、视口边界、保存、重新编辑，以及高亮与编号避开输入框。
关联 #49、#50、#52。上述修复已在 1.4.9 包含，本次补齐新版宿主验证；Windows 原环境复测不由本地检查替代。
