Outcome

Allow screen-reader, braille, keyboard, low-vision, and automation users to complete core terminal tasks without cursor-redraw noise or visual-only state.

Proposed profile

• Static numbered prompts and ordinary line-oriented input.
• No spinner, cursor repositioning, transient overwrite, or animation.
• Predictable textual progress and errors.
• No-color and high-contrast-friendly output.
• Machine-readable output for supported non-interactive tasks.
• Documented interrupt, retry, confirmation, and destructive-action behavior.

Acceptance evidence

• Core CLI task inventory and threat model are published.
• macOS VoiceOver, Windows NVDA, and Linux Orca terminal scenarios are specified.
• A prototype demonstrates setup, plugin management, run, approval, failure recovery, and exit status.
• Real AT results and known terminal-emulator limitations are versioned.
