The programs that run a model for us are backends, the word ADR-0009 uses; the package now carries it. hub.harness.* becomes hub.backend.*, the markup test file follows, and the record's citations point at the new paths. No behaviour changes.

The word stays where it means the whole agent under test (the bench's
