Describe your use case

用户对集群或租户进行扩容副本数时候（加zone或者加unit）需要前置检查当前磁盘容量是否足够
原因：4.x日志流复制需要冗余一份副本，部分比较早的版本冗余副本磁盘占用会更大

1.查询当前单zone磁盘剩余容量和当前租户单个副本集使用容量大小进行对比。如果小于则不建议进行扩容副本

Describe your use case

When a user expands the number of replicas for the cluster or tenant (adds zone or unit) it is necessary to check whether the current disk capacity is sufficient.
Reason: 4.x log stream replication requires a redundant copy, and some older versions of redundant copy disks will occupy more

###Describe the solution you'd like

1. Query the remaining capacity of the current single zone disk and the capacity size used by the current tenant's single replica set. If it is less than, it is not recommended to expand the replica
