docs(skills): objectstack-platform's `references/operations.md` spells `os package install`'s server flag `-u/--url` (in place of the removed `-r/--runtime`) and names the new `-t/--token` (env `OS_RUNTIME_TOKEN`) beside `--email/--password` as the target runtime's credential, matching the CLI
