Filing gate: ② follow-up of #30349 (scenario library T8, the gallery exporter, draft PR #30930), from the dev report 6684611537. ⛔ Not a claim. Triage sets the grade and the lane.

Business reason. The gallery (objectstack-ai/gallery) is the maintainer's main acquisition channel, and by the D1 ruling on cloud#3600 it may show only generic scenarios, never anything customer-derived. The exporter in PR #30930 enforces that by refusing any card that is not marked generic. No card carries such a marker today, so the exporter exports nothing. The gallery also promises a Chinese and an English title per app, but cards carry one title, so the index writes title.zh: null.

Where (origin/main)

• packages/qa/scenarios/src/schema.ts: the card schema has no origin field. provenance is free prose, and the card's directory is not a marker, because the loader reads any directory, the private overlay included.
• The card title is a single string.
• PR feat(scenarios): a gallery exporter writes verified, generic scenario apps to a local directory in the layout of objectstack-ai/gallery #30930's src/export/generic.ts: NO_GENERIC_MARKER refuses every card until this lands.

Wanted

1. A required card field, for example origin: generic | customer-derived | held-out. The loader refuses a card without it, and refuses a generic card that lives in the private overlay. Set it on all nine open-library cards in docs/qa/scenarios/.
2. The card title becomes { zh, en } text, and all nine cards get both.
3. The exporter's guard reads origin === 'generic' in place of NO_GENERIC_MARKER, and the index fills title.zh from the card. If feat(scenarios): a gallery exporter writes verified, generic scenario apps to a local directory in the layout of objectstack-ai/gallery #30930 has landed by then, this is a one-file change there.

Serial: loader.ts, schema.ts and two cards are in flight in #30846 (#30802). Start after it lands.

Level: QA tooling and the scenario card format. Clause-②: no, Metadata-protocol: none.

Dedupe (open and closed): "scenario card generic marker origin" and "scenario card title zh en" turned up only #30349 itself and the closed T1a schema card #30289. New.
