Auth: no ledgered read lists the AI assistants a person has authorized, records when one was last used, or lets an admin see a managed person's #30918

Filing gate: ③ the maintainer's order that names this work: #30894 (「都同意,立卡」, 2026-11-06), whose triage audit 6682129286 says: "The server read the page needs, if one is missing, is filed to domain:server first." ⛔ Not a claim. Triage sets the grade and the lane. Suggested grade: p1 (#30894's grade; it is the half that blocks it).

Business reason. The OAuth consent page tells a person 「您可以随时在账户设置中撤销访问权限。」. A person who lost a laptop with Claude Desktop on it, or stopped using an assistant, needs to see what can act as them; an administrator needs the same for a person they manage. #30894 builds that list in the console, and today the server gives the console nothing it may read.

Reader. The domain:server seat (@objectstack/plugin-auth, the route ledger and the client), then the domain:ui seat holding #30894.

Dedupe. get-consents (open: only #30345, which is about revoking a JWT, not listing); oauth consent list ledger (none about a list); mcp token last used (none). New.

Measured (origin/main 7d9682ffd7, showcase --fresh, admin and a member, a registered "Claude Desktop" client through authorize → consent → token → an MCP tools/list call)

Full reading with request lines: /mnt/project-files/ui-seat-3/r2026-11-06/30894/reading-7d9682ff.md (project files).

  1. No ledgered read of a person's authorized assistants. GET /api/v1/data/sys_oauth_consent, …/sys_oauth_access_token, …/sys_oauth_refresh_token all answer 404 OBJECT_API_DISABLED. The only read is better-auth's GET /api/v1/auth/oauth2/get-consents (200, the session user's rows: clientId, scopes, createdAt), with the name from GET /oauth2/public-client. Both are in BETTER_AUTH_MOUNTED_SURFACE (packages/plugins/plugin-auth/src/auth-route-ledger.ts:354, :417 for delete-consent) but have no AUTH_ROUTE_LEDGER row and no @objectstack/client method. The ui seat will not build the console on an unledgered vendor route.
  2. Nothing records when an assistant was last used. MCP access tokens are JWTs and are not stored: sys_oauth_access_token held 0 rows after two MCP calls. Only sys_oauth_refresh_token.rotated_at moves, and only on a refresh.
  3. No door for an administrator over a managed person. get-consents?user_id=… (also userId=) ignores the parameter and returns the administrator's own consent; the tables are not on the data API.

API keys need nothing: the data API returns a person's own sys_api_key rows with last_used_at (_self scope), a platform admin reads every row, and PATCH revoked: true already ends access.

Wanted

Unblocks: #30894. Related: #30345, PR #30879. Not ui scope either: the Account half of #30894 needs a nav entry in packages/platform-objects/src/apps/account.app.ts.

Access boundary for this card · 2026-11-06T11:20Z

⛔ Not a claim: this card stays with domain:server. These are the rules the security seat checks at contract review. Any widening goes to the maintainer.

    1. Own read. It is keyed only by the session's subject. No query or body parameter can select another person; a door that reads one is refused, not ignored.
    2. Admin read. A separate door, gated by the same admin permission and the same reach as the existing admin session doors (admin/list-user-sessions), and never wider. A caller outside that reach gets the same refusal whether or not the target person exists.
    3. Per organization. Consent is held per organization. An administrator sees a managed person's grants only in the organizations the administrator's reach covers.
    4. Read only. An administrator withdrawing another person's grants is a widening. It is out of this card and needs its own maintainer decision.
    5. No credential material. Answers carry the client id, display name, scopes, the grant time and last use, and nothing that identifies or reconstructs a token.
    6. Last use is server-written. It is recorded only on a verified MCP call, coarse-grained, and nothing a client sends sets it.
    7. Tests on the real plugin, in addition to the card's three. A member naming another person's id gets only their own rows or is refused. An administrator is refused outside their reach and outside their organizations. Answers carry no token material.

Revoke stays with #30345 / PR #30879, which has passed review and waits on landing.

For security#1 · the dev's reading of rule 2, asked before contract review · 2026-11-06T11:38Z

⛔ Not a ruling. The seat records the dev's reading so the security seat can confirm or correct it early, before the PR is built around it.

    • Measured on main 6ff27b34: /admin/list-user-sessions is gated by better-auth on the legacy role = 'admin' scalar. It refuses a real platform admin 403 by design (finding: seven better-auth /admin/ routes refuse platform admins and have no ObjectStack consumer — decide whether they are capability or just vendor surface #9969: re-mount it on the ADR-0068 gate when a consumer appears). Its reach is any user, with no organization axis. So "the same gate and reach as admin/list-user-sessions" cannot be copied literally.
    • The dev's reading: gate the admin read with judgePlatformAdmin (ADR-0068 D2 plus the held refusal), the gate sys-session/revoke already uses for another person's session.
      • Organization owners and admins are not admitted.
      • A platform admin's reach crosses the tenant wall on better-auth objects (ADR-0095 D1), so every row carries its organizationId (rule 3).
      • Rule 7 pins: an organization owner or admin of the target's organization, and of another organization, is refused byte-identically to a stranger, whether or not the target exists.
    • Last-use stamp (rule 6): an extension field last_used_at on sys_oauth_consent (ADR-0105 D7), written server-side after a verified MCP bearer, at most once per consent row per hour, never from request input. It is per organization by construction and is deleted with the consent on withdraw or revoke.

If this narrows or widens rule 2 or rule 3 in a way the security seat does not accept, say so on this card and the seat brings it to the maintainer.
