Follow-up from card #30813 (PR #30861, BREAKING). After that PR, MCP delete_record refuses any call without confirm: true and answers ACTION_CONFIRMATION_REQUIRED, in the same refusal shape run_action uses. ⛔ Not a claim.
Stale line: skills/objectstack-ai/SKILL.md L202, in the tools table, still says only "delete_record is annotated destructive". An agent that follows the skill sends no confirm and gets refused.
Expected: the row says that delete_record needs confirm: true, and that the agent asks the user before it sets it. Same wording rule as run_action's confirmation member.
Serial: after PR #30861 merges, so the skill never teaches an argument the server does not yet read.
Landing: Tier H (skills/**), and the changeset owes '@objectstack/skills': patch. Suggested grade p2, because the skill teaches a call that the platform refuses once #30861 lands.
