What happens. A .custom object_extension that sets only label on an installed object (no pluralLabel) is served with the new label but the base package's translated pluralLabel. List titles read the plural first, so after #30311 (PR #30388) the sidebar and list title still show the old name in its plural form; Studio shows the same served answer.

Expected (for the owner to confirm against the label-order ruling of #30062): an override that renames label without a pluralLabel does not keep the base's plural for the old name: either the served plural follows the override's label, or the override is refused / warned at author time for leaving the plural stale. The fix is in the served label order (packages/metadata-protocol / spec), not in the console.
