What a customer sees

A new administrator lands on Setup's statistics dashboard, with nothing about what to do first.
A dialog asks for the time zone and currency on the first screens, before they have done anything that needs a currency. On the published 18.3.0 it opened right after an invitation and covered the toast saying how to share the link.
Defaults disagree. On the test deployment 默认语言 was 英语(美国) and 默认国家 was 美国, beside CNY and Asia/Taipei, while the console itself showed Chinese.
Typing 中国 into 默认国家 is refused with an English message, Default country does not match the expected format…. Only the exact list value 中国 (CN) saves.
