Anyone who installs @object-ui/* from npm. These gates exist because the defects reached consumers before:
- objectui#4836 measured
dist/__benchmarks__/core.bench.jsin a published package, a module whose first statement importsvitest, which no consumer installs (check-published-dist-tooling.mjsheader). - objectui#4538:
packages/react/dist/index.jsre-exported through extensionless relative specifiers that Node's resolver cannot load (check-node-esm-load.mjsheader). Only the specifier leg runs today (type-check-ui,pnpm --dir ui run check:esm-specifiers); the load leg, which evaluates each built entry, runs nowhere. performance-budget.ymlenforced the Console's eager-closure budget (check:eager-closure); a Console first-load regression now lands unmeasured.
Cost of not doing it: the next @object-ui/* publish ships whatever these gates would have refused, and a consumer finds it.
