The cloud plan and edition pages follow the maintainer's plan ruling B (2026-11-03 04:22Z, recorded on cloud#3502) and cloud#3500 ruling C. Canonical source: cloud docs/design/pricing.md at cloud PR #3507's head.

• Cloud is Free and Team; Enterprise is by contract. No page lists Business as a cloud plan any more. cloud/plans-and-seats replaces its Business section with an Enterprise section and says there is no Business plan; "Business and Enterprise never show the button" becomes "Enterprise never shows the button".
• Approvals and scheduled flows start at Team; RLS/FLS is on every plan. New rows in the plans table and the compare matrix; the compare matrix's Cloud Free RLS/FLS cell flips from — to ✓; configure/mcp says approval steps are built on Team and above.
• No caps on Team members, records or objects — stated on plans-and-seats and license.
• Business Self-Managed → Enterprise Single-Node, same terms ($540 / AI seat / yr, 10–25 seats, online-validated, card-paid, standard support, degrades on lapse), with the ADR-0085 D5 exclusions named in editions/license. Renamed in compare, license, start/enterprise, deploy, index and the editions.ts docblock.
• The $54 / $45 Business option is gone from license; Enterprise on Cloud (SSO with your IdP, AI governance, priority support) is by contract with no list price.

Translations

AGENTS.md step 3: editions/license.{ja,zh-Hans,zh-Hant}.mdx are deleted, because the English page withdraws the Business offering they still sell. plans-and-seats and compare have no siblings. The renames in index, start/enterprise and deploy, and the mcp wording, leave their siblings for the next translation pass (stale, not reversed).

• Approvals on Team land in code with cloud#3505 (PR cloud#3514, not merged yet). These pages state the ruled plan boundary.
• The compare matrix shows approvals and scheduled flows ✓ for Community, matching the existing approvals and flows pages (plugin-approvals is Apache-2.0). pricing.md's OSS column says — for both; that column is a pricing-side defect, not followed here.

Landing order: the page says Team has approvals, which is cloud PR #3514 (closes cloud#3505). The seat arms this PR once #3514 merges.
