configure/permissions/meta.ja.json already matches the English pages list. Same rules as PRs 1–3 (docs/TRANSLATION.md): English heading ids, fences byte for byte, glossary ja column, UI labels in English, one line per paragraph, each page stamped. English source: about 2,160 lines.

The branch carries one -s ours merge of the landed #398 branch head so the push fast-forwards; the diff against main is only these 16 files.

Tests

Local, on main 16e21d4 plus this commit, with a NEXT_PRIVATE_STANDALONE=true build:

• Worker upload (wrangler deploy --dry-run): 41,229.29 KiB (gzip 8,105.13), against the 61,440 KiB budget. docs(i18n): translate configure/ into ja (#388, PR 3 of 7) #398 was 40,151.69 KiB in CI, so these 15 pages add about 1,078 KiB, 72 KiB each.
• check-worker-page-cost.mjs on this build: one more page costs about 83.67 KiB; 241 more pages fit; one more full locale fits with 12,011 KiB left.
• check-translations.mjs: passed; ja 0 stale, 26 missing (was 41).
• check-translation-output.mjs --files <list of these 15 pages>: blocking on 15, no findings.
• check-locale-surface.mjs, check-positioning.mjs, gen-zh-hant.mjs --check: pass.
• Rendered check (Playwright against next start of this build): /ja/docs/cloud/organization, /ja/docs/configure/permissions and /ja/docs/configure/permissions/permission-sets answer 200 with lang="ja", ja titles (組織とメンバー, 権限, 権限セット), the ja sidebar with the Cloud 組織 section, English heading ids (the-cloud-console, layer-1--identity, what-permission-sets-control) and 0 page or console errors. cloud/ has no index page in English either, so /ja/docs/cloud is a 404 just like /docs/cloud.

Acceptance notes

• After landing, the post-deploy smoke check needs to be green.
• Opened while docs(i18n): translate configure/ into ja (#388, PR 3 of 7) #398's main deploy is running; it should enter the queue only after that deploy's smoke is green.
