chore(deps): update tailwindcss monorepo to v4.3.3

Re-lands the tailwindcss 4.3.3 update that stalled in July (#174 closed as superseded, #179 closed unmerged during the Netlify-preview outage era). Renovate now ignores 4.3.3 (closed-without-merge rule), so this is a manual maintenance PR.

Change

• tailwindcss 4.3.2 → 4.3.3 (devDependency)
• @tailwindcss/postcss 4.3.2 → 4.3.3 (devDependency)
• Lockfile: tailwind monorepo group (@tailwindcss/node, @tailwindcss/oxide, ...) refreshed accordingly

Publish age / policy

• 4.3.3 published 2026-07-16T12:03Z (51 days — 7-day hold long satisfied; patch-level)
• Production precedent: nylonbricks/haki has run tailwindcss + @tailwindcss/postcss 4.3.3 since 2026-09-03 (fix(workflows): remove pnpm version to avoid conflict with packageManager field #26) with green builds.

Gates (2026-09-06)

• pnpm install ✅ (lockfile consistent, zero 4.3.2 refs remain)
• ultracite check ✅ = main baseline exactly (66 diagnostics, delta 0)
• pnpm build ✅ exit 0 (full SSG, 20/20 pages)

Notes

• Netlify preview status will be evaluated under the documented content-independent failure pattern maintenance: investigate persistent Netlify deploy-preview failures #193 if it fails; local gates + production precedent are the merge basis.
