Adds a repeatable production homepage benchmark. This PR exists to establish the main baseline for the #433 comparisson

Baseline

Medians from three production Chromium runs on an Apple M4:

Metric Desktop Slow phone (6x CPU)
LCP 64 ms 240 ms
Frame gap p50 8.3 ms 8.3 ms
Frame gap p95 9.2 ms 9.2 ms
Frame gap p99 9.3 ms 9.7 ms
Total long-task time 52 ms 661 ms
JS heap growth 10.72 MiB 10.35 MiB
DOM nodes 2,722 2,721
