script not working correctly

i am making a game where cells get generated in a random order, and when generating only the first cell generated gets lightmapped while the others don't get lightmaps

That's a lot of lights in the scene , i can't tell if you are reaching a limit with additional lights count in the shader or not just from looking at this picture , can you share you project or a minimal version of the scene so i could try and run this locally to see if it fails , include the editor version you are using and the SRP version ( only for URP/HDRP no need for build-in )
